I discovered that "refrigerated" probiotics get shipped in regular boxes like Amazon packages, then suddenly need VIP fridge treatment once you buy them. Apparently, these bacteria are tough enough to survive cross-country trucking in July heat but too delicate for your kitchen counter.
The logic made about as much sense as putting ice cream in the pharmacy section. So I created Gutiva - probiotics that are honest about what they actually need, taste like a treat instead of medicine, and don't require relationship counseling with your refrigerator.
